How shares work: 3 shares at $10 each = $30 minimum investment to become a full voting member and co-owner. Shares represent your equity stake in the cooperative.

No charges in Phase I. Your commitment helps us plan. Billing begins in Phase II once we reach our $40,000 launch threshold.

Standard memberships are the foundation — but to get deliveries running within our 45-day goal, we need a group of early supporters to go one step further: purchasing additional shares as Founding Sponsors.

Larger Ownership Stake

Additional shares mean a bigger percentage of the co-op — and a larger cut of year-end dividends from a dedicated Founding Sponsor pool.

Priority Delivery Access

Founding Sponsors are first on the delivery route. Your feed and supplies arrive before general pickups are scheduled.

Board Influence

Founding Sponsors have early input on the Operating Agreement, product mix, and how the co-op takes shape in Phase II.
